Thats right! It is the Buckingham Palace...and the change of guards ceremony...

Why this hidden camera shot? Don't they allow photography at the 'change of guards'?

Yes, they do allow photography at the change of guards ceremony. This snap was taken through one of the gates of the park near the palace. There was a lovely pattern on the gate and i wanted to get a snap of the palace through that pattern. I think I took the shot too closely..therefore, the pattern hasn't come....
