hey glad to hear that you're enjoying your gym routine. it takes a hell lot of willpower to work out regularly but it's definitely worth the effort! (i wish i had more determination too!!) take care and keep counting babe!
Thanks! And I resisted 3 birthday cakes...2 chocolate and one strawberry, which were cut at our office today. Also, did not have the Indian sweet which was offered for lunch. So am quite proud of myself :)
same here its someone's bday in my office today. there're a box of yummy homebaked chocolate brownies from which i've already had 4, a strawberry jam & buttercream sponge cake (had a good-sized slice!) AND a biggish slice of carrot cake that i myself baked last night (it just went down my throat as we speak!). that's how excellent my resistance to sweets is!!!!!!!!

other than my mounting calories i'm doing well thanks :) been kind of busy looking for a new job & trying to rent out my room so i can free myself from the house contract and move down south
