been sober since my breakdown, and i'm loving it. i can party and/or work the nightlife thing without losing the next day. and, i'm saving money... not getting sick... not making stupid decisions... not forgetting things ( Read more... )

my dad told me it used to take him 5 cigarettes to get out of bed in the morning. i may be smoking again, but i will never smoke an average of 40 cigs every day ( Read more... )

back in dc, busy busy. my therapist let me switch from fridays to mondays, which meant therapy on friday and then again today. good stuff. that plus a call to my aunt yesterday helped me understand why my parents marriage failed. ~and of course, how all that impacted me. hooray for understanding and growth ( Read more... )
