is there a central place where this statement is posted? i'd love to be able to point some people to it, but couldn't seem to find it on the link i found for the INCITE! website.

Not that I know of- I just got it on the listserv. I think if you look specifically at the Women's health and justice initiative part of the website (it'll be in the chapter section) it might be there- but it just went out yesterday, so might take a minute. Maybe just repost it? And give the website address?
