I am 23 as of today. Fuck. I'm slightly tipsy, all alone (my family's in costa rica getting tan without me), bored. No one's answering their phone. I have movies and even beer, but I'm depressed. Another fucking useless year.

I went to the doctor on Tuesday to ask about an anti-depressant increase and a switch to another allergy drug. These I recieved. However, I also recieved a referral to mental health for a medicine evaluation and regular appointments. I've been having anxiety issues and breaking down crying for the stupidest reasons.
