So today was twelve kinds of slow at Staples. There were approximately no customers, and approximately no orders to fill. The fuck happen to my pretzels? That's what I'd like to know. A week ago, I had a bag of pretzels the size of a human baby, all tucked away, and now they're gone. Man gotta have salty crunchy things to eat at night, else he's liable to go mad. Who we gonna blame when I start getting crazy? Person stole my goddamn pretzels, that's who. -
This freak show is the worst around

Wicked Sensitive
I've been recruited to do a couple late shifts at Staples this week, three o'clock to ten. God knows who needs photocopying done at 10 pm. We get enough fruitcakes in there at normal hours. My first few days at Staples went well. That is, nothing unexpected happened, and things just generally clicked. It's probably the least dreadful job I've had so far. I spent a couple days working in the copy center. Mostly I copied things. You could almost say that that part of the store is a kind ofcenter, for copying. So far, zero papercuts. I ( Read more... )
