Ultimate Reset Day 4,5, 6
I had a huge test in Nursing school this week. So my blogging went to ziltch. I have felt really good the past few days. The food is tasty! Right now I am waiting for my baked root medley to finish cooking. I ate my soup already, cuz i was hungry! No aches or pains. Thou today I did go to lunch with some friends. Ultimate Reset Day 3
Day 3 is down the hatch, just like my Alkalinize! The food has been amazing! Today was the Smoked Tempeh Nori rolls and cucumber salad for dinner! It was so yummy! The lentil salad was good too. I did add a little extra lime juice and Bragg's Amino. Tasted much better! I am looking forward to lunch and dinner tomorrow!! The headache I had yesterday ( Read more... ) -
Ultimate Reset Day 2
Finished day 2 of the reset. I feel pretty good! I had a headache earlier, which went away after I had a cup of herbal tea! The food today was super tasty! I had oatmeal with 1 cup of blueberries for breakfast. Baby Green salad with 8oz of chicken breast for lunch. For dinner I had a brown rice and black bean taco with corn and avocados. Beachbody Ultimate Reset Day 2
Ugh..I have such a headache today. I am suspecting is it from sugar withdrawals. Not going to take any pain meds. Just going to deal with it. I was craving some sugary snacks today. Ultimate Reset Day 1
Today was Day 1 of the Ultimate Reset! The food was super tasty. 2 scrambled eggs with spinach for breakfast. I actually folded the spinach into the scrambled eggs. Lunch was a baby greens salad with dressing choice. I just used Red Wine Vinegar with EVOO. I put some carrots and broccoli into it. Been a long time!
I have not posted in my LiveJournal in a LONG LONG time! I am going to be posting about my experiences on the Beachbody Ultimate Reset over the next 21 days. This is a very healthy way to detox the body from harmful things. For me, I want to detox from sugar. This is a detox that you can actually eat on.Week one is called Reclaim. Change is good and bad
I am one of those people that in the beginning change is good. Then give me a few months, and then change is bad. Thou in this case not terribly bad. I am moving out earlier than expected October 17th and 18th. Which in and of itself is a good thing. I am grateful that the Sparklett's guy finally came today. I was missing tasty water. And Im grateful for the odd and strange lucid dreams i have been getting lately. It is weird but they are giving me closure. -
