Be careful of where in Ballard, we have ghettos too. Live soewhere right outside of Ballard. I live one block away from the Woodland Park Zoo. Late at night I think I hear nail files widdling at bars.

yeah. but at least ballard is closer to the things i do, and people i go to visit. :( and for the most part... the wester you go the more neighborhoodie you get. am i right? i'm right.
