Your choices for pics are lovely. Nicely done. I understand the lack of commentary on the episode. It's so overwhelming in its darkness and there's a lot of shock value to go around. I can't even begin to comment more. :(

Beautiful pictures!

I loved the Tighs before this episode aired, but learning that they'd been together for like a jillion years and were the Cylon OTP of win just made me love them all the more.

I have a ridiculous amount of icons for them. I have like six of them active and an absurd amount saved. They're my #2 OTP!

I admit to not liking Ellen until this episode. Then I was all like WTF!? ♥

UGH, this episode...it is a killer, that's for sure.

What are your reactions to Dee's suicide?

Heartbroken and kinda pissed, even now. I adored Dee so obviously, her death upset me and even more so because of the way it was done. IMHO, it was done for pure shock value, like many of the 'plot twists' that happened later in the series. The writers wanted to make the show as dark as they could so they chose to have the sweetest character in the fleet kill herself. I just...yeah, still not over it.

What do you think was the most significant 'reveal' in this episode?

Probably Kara finding her own corpse. It may not be the most shocking reveal but it's the one that gets to me the most. Katee & CKR did such a brilliant job with those scenes and I loved them, even though it still bothers me that Leoben basically vanishes for the rest of the series :)

That picspam is really stunning and I think you made the right choice to leave out commentary for this one. The visuals say everything that needs to be said.

Thank you!

Kara and Leoben were more interesting in re-watch, I think there was just so much packed in (and I was so shocked over Dee most of all) that I didn't pay as much attention to Kara's scenes the first go around. Although, Kara finding herself dead? WTF self, why wasn't I paying more attention the first time around.

Awesome picspam! (Hera omg.)

Probably Ellen being the fifth is the most significant reveal, but I personally like the whole "Earth was populated entirely by Cylons, but different Cylons, including the final fivers who are 2,000 years old, THIS WILL MAKE SENSE EVENTUALLY" thing. Seriously, the 13th tribe not being human retconned the entire mythology of the show in an awesomely harsh way ( ... )

I keep trying to tell myself that the shock factor made the message of despair so much more painful, but yeah.... Dee. ugh.
