Upon further recon, I now know whoever that girl is, she's a past tense. Apparently they were seeing each other briefly over the summer. Like June-Julyish. Closure...
I am absolutely amazed at the peace closure can bring. Instantaneously. I'm fine. I think I shed the tears I had for this relationship months ago. Cuz I have not shed one since this news was delivered. This was a formality to give me the closure I needed to let it go. I felt sick to my stomach when I heard it, but also a sense of peace. I retract my previous post. I have now been informed that text message was not in fact about me. Guess I imagined the whole thing after all, and interpreted what I wanted. I'm embarassed and feel stupid, and nauseous. But at least it's over. I can now work on getting over it.

I'm wearing a genuine lab coat around the office today. It started as a joke because our client, the OSU James Cancer Hospital, left one in a bag with a bunch of banners we were sorting. Half Marathon...
Next week is 8 weeks before the half marathon in September. I need to start training in earnest... But I also need to get cleared by the cardiologist, which that test is also next week, so we'll see how that goes...

Potter Mania returns!!!
Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince comes out one week from today!!! But the London premier has already happened, and so the mania is picking up again.... I'm cautiously optimistic and deliberating not watching too many previews, because I want to be IN the movie and not be expecting things.
