Arrived safe and as sound as I can be back in Springfield at 2:30 or so. As is my habit on long drives, I have to switch back and forth in what I am listening to in order to help stave off sleep. Christian talk radio being a particular favorite, nothing like disagreeing with people to keep you alert. So one idea that I have thought before but ( Read more... )

Missouri Christian talk radio hosts are hardly a representative sample of theology PhDs in general, mind you.

Understood, however, this wasn't a MO guy, I was in Illinois about to hit St. Louis, and it was a nationally syndicated speaker who was doing a series of lectures.

I think perhaps you should lay off the christian radio. It's hardly representative.

Also. You drove through St. Louis and couldn't even be bothered to call??? You could have at least got an ass beating out of it! ;)
