So I am at the grocery store buying a bunch of salad greens, and I picked up some more exotic ones I haven't tried before: Mustard Greens and Escarole...as well as spinach and green leaf lettuce. I know it's totally cheezy, but that line about "if you build it, they will come" is sorta true...but, a more abstract way of thinking about it.
