Did you googe? I would say it's more like celery than cabbage...well, it has a stalk like celery, but then leafy greens you can also eat and use at the top. So maybe it's like the sexy love child of cabbage and celery. But you know, who still gets all the chicks. ;) It's good in asian stir-fries
