running on a treadmill and running outside are two totally different things. i knew this already and i didnt realize what a SEVERE difference.

after feeling like i've accomplished so much with the work i've been doing a treadmill...i tried it for the first time outside.

and now i just feel like such a loser.

i've noticed that since i've stopped smoking i've become slightly more irritable. that's unfortunate because i feel good about my decision. every now and again my mind wouldnt mind some green. it also eases my stomach. iv'e always wanted to tell my mom the wonders that 'green medicine' has done for my stomach. i'm sure it would help my mom with her ( Read more... )
