call me totally nerdy, but there's this show on A&E called "airline" and it's all about customer service agents for southwest airlines (which no one should ever fly cause they overbook all their flights and don't expedite and they suck) and how they deal with the bitchy annoying passangers that get over dramatic about some of the stupidest ( Read more... )
