Bad psychiatrist blues

I I'm a little worried that my friend seems to understand more about my mental state than the doctor I'm paying enormous amounts of money to, does.

This man's job is to understand more about what's going on in peoples heads than they do themselves, and to help them sort it out, deal with it, and make it work.  Instead he doesn't even seem to know

As it turned out, both my doctor and my best friend were wrong, and what was happening wasn't psychiatric at all. Oh, I'm schizophrenic yes, but what was going on there was a lesion in my brain.

I ended up in a hell of a situation, decided i couldn't take it anymore and tried extremely hard to kill myself, came very close to managing it, and in the attempt to save my life a doctor discovered some neurological symptoms my shrink hadn't bothered with, did an mri and found a huge lesion in my brain. They did surgery, removed the lesion and resolved a whole lot of my issues.

Unfortunately they couldn't resolve the crazy.

I don't really have a lot of faith that BPD is a real disorder, either. It seems like everyone I know with that diagnosis is just kind of...well never mind. But I've never known anyone with BPD who also had psychosis so I think you're right that it might be something else.

i think pp with personality disorders do nee hep, maybe it isnt a mentel illness like the ohers but i dont think they should be desimissed as just attention seeking and hard to deal with.

i truely beleive because its on my file doctors dont even bother listening from then on.

my doctor wont even give me anti depresents anymore.. wtf
