wow. those are some great pictures. i like the black and white ones and the ones with elephants, etc. but theyre all good. it looks like you had a great time! its hard to tell who you are in the user picture though. third from the left? its reeeeeeeeeeeally small. okay. bye.
whoa. these are aaaaamazing pictures. so many beautiful children. looks like you got really tight w/your family, and did some really cool work. did you guys paint the mural w/the world map on it? it's really good. and the school...wow. how long did you work on that? how hot was it? b/c i wouldn't be able to take mixing cement in really bad weather. i really like the one of you pounding fufu. the slave port looks really depressing (i mean, obviously, slavery)...i dunno if i could take seeing that.
you'll have to show me the dances you learned, k?
you look really cute in some of these pictures sarah...they're keepers. and then you look really good in the other kind of pictures...the really ugly ones. haha good work.
we painted the world map from a guide that the peace corps gives out, it's like this whole grid system. complicated, but it works.
we worked on the school for about 2 1/2 weeks. but the villagers helped out a lot, they did all of the really technicaly stuff, and stuff that was too hard or dangerous for us to do. we mixed a lot of cement and plasteree a lot. but it wasn't too bad, because it really was hotter here than it ever was there...no humidity, never above the low 90s.
Whew, man, hot stuff. I'm proud of you, baby. I'm just looking at these now 'cause I got back from Maine, like, five minutes ago and I'm thinking to myself, Ah! Sarah must've posted her pictures by now, I have to check 'em out. So. Here I am.
And I agree with Hannah, lady. In all of the non-ugly picture pictures you look really good!
