I can pretty much poo anywhere, even in squat toilets (this has been confirmed, I lived in Japan for two years, another land of squat toilets). I usually don't eat or drink anything until I get to the office, and generally can't poo until I've eaten or had some coffee, so I always have my morning office poo.

I don't know how you handle it, not being able to poo in public! I feel bad for the people who encounter the stall after me, but not bad enough to walk around all day with an extra 3 lbs (or whatever) in my intestines.

Chris is the same way. He has NO qualms about sitting in a restaurant bathroom for 20 minutes.
Or more.

lol! I'm a quick pooper. It doesn't take more than a regular bathroom trip for me to drop the kids off. I don't get why it takes guys so long to poo. I always assume they finish their business in the first minute and then just sit there reading for the next 20 minutes.

I wish I could poo on command, but usually, I need to eat something or drink some coffee before I can poo.

Usually it will average out tomorrow. Keep doing it though, I am down to 24.6 BMI and I'm going to get myself back under 24 damnit.

I hope so. My BMI is at 26.7, and as someone with big bones (my wrist circumference is > 7"), that is in the normal range. The upper end of the normal range, but normal all the same!

OOh I wish poo had a scale too. THen I could see which foods had more fiber and so on and so forth.

See, you want a magic poo scale for healthful reasons, haha! I want a magic poo scale for vanity reasons.

Don't get it twisted, eating more fiber increases weight loss! I'm all about that. Forget colon cancer I'll worry about that when I'm 60

Also, I think ass cancer has a pretty high recovery rate. Right? I've had a couple friends with ass cancer and as far as I know, they are fine now.

eta: okay, never mind. Did a little googleing. Turns out colon cancer does not have a high recovery rate. But I have known a couple people while ass cancer and they are fine now!
