A new computing era

Yesterday was the start of a new computing era for me. For the first time since 1997, I own a Mac of my very own. Way back in the olden days known as the mid-90s, I had a PowerBook 520c. Remember those? For their time, they were great laptops. Since then, I have exclusively owned PC, culminating in my now 3 year old, slowly dying Dell laptop

Yay! Congratulations on Smithers. I'm sure you two will be very happy together.

I think right now my MBP (Gilbook) is a bit cranky with me because I've been using my work laptop at home for the past few nights. I'll have to spend some quality time with him tonight and the rest of the week :)
