I have just found out the hard way that the top of the Refrigerator is a very, VERY bad place to store 2 Liter Bottles of Soda.

Yeah...if your fridge is like mine, it gets hot on the top. It kills bread too. :|

That isn't why it's a bad place.

it has to do with the height, and the frailty of a soda bottle under extreme pressure after a long distance impact.
