Last weekend Petty Officer (US Coast Guard Reserve)Carter passed away suddenly. He was a full time Chula Vista Motorcycle Officer. He left a wife. He was 32. That is all I know other than I had the opportunity to serve with him in the Coast Guard and found him to be a very cheerful and positive person to work with ( Read more... )
