OK, now you're asking a lot...

Just read an interview with Eliza Dushku where she's imploring people to have faith in Dollhouse, because starting with Episode 6 Fox gave Joss Whedon more free rein and the shows become kick-ass.

Well, sorry, Eliza, but I don't think I can sit through three more weeks of ass-whipping to get to the good stuff. Call me when the show gets good.

i watch the show because it's on television and eliza dushku's boobies bounce around a lot. and i like watching her boobies bounce around a lot whilst pretending she's still a vampire slayer, which is i'm sure the same reason why 90% of the other viewers watch the show as well. all 12 of them.

and of course she's imploring people to have faith in the show - she's one of the producers. if this thing flunks, which it will, she'll be out a hefty wad of cash.

also, did you notice that her eyes look different than they used to? they had been more almond shaped when she was younger, and now that she's getting older they look more round, like anime eyes. i can't figure out if it's plastic surgery or a bad make-up artist.

I didn't notice her eyes, no.

I did notice her titties, though.

How about "call me when you're not 'My Own Worst Enemy' with a hot chick?"

The worst part is, I dug "My Own Worst Enemy". This is nowhere near as good.

I tried to like "MOWE", but the premise always seemed to have some level of unintentional comedy to it, which undermined the gravity.

I'm glad I haven't tried "Dollhouse", though. The Whedon-ites haven't sung its praises like they normally do, which really says something.

The best thing about "MOWE" was it was canceled halfway through the season, so instead of having to hear some ridiculous excuses for why they decided to give Christian Slater a split personality I can make it up in my head. Much more satisfying that way.

Hey, if I can sit through 18 episodes of Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ waiting for it to stop sucking, I'm sure you can put up with five more episodes of Dollhouse. Especially considering that Dollhouse has Eliza Dushku, and the closest Gundam ZZ can come is Riou Louka.

I find it funny that she says six weeks which seems to be the average length most of its viewers are giving it to ship up. I'm not hopeful and suspect that there will be more Joss fanatics crying about another canceled show come summer.

It's only an okay show, but I'll keep watching for now. I've got the time.
