Question 1: Is it an oven or a stove? I'm talking about the part in the bottom that transforms batter into cakey-deliciousness, not the part on top that transforms batter into PANcakey-deliciousness. Well, cleaning those things is the worst thing in the world. Yup, even worse than gummibears. (I know.)

Today this woman appeared in our office asking for this summary of last fiscal year. By Thursday.
