Drabble fest entry. 4 BBM drabbles

I´m new to writing drabbles but I wanted to do something for the drabble fest over at
bmm_drabbles so I tried it out. Here are three short drabbles. the promts I have used are:  #1. Postcard.  # 2. Waiting outside Aguirre´s trailer.  # 3. Swimming

Postcard

Riverton was different.

The air easier to breath, the horizon closer and the sun basked instead of punished

Wow. I don't quite know what to make of Swimming. I keep reading it over and over and each time it means something different to me. I think this one's going to keep me awake tonight.

And the postcard one, you can read it from the perspective of 1967 AND 1983 and get two wildly different frames of mind. Yikes. Powerful stuff.

The last line of Waiting got me stunned, just like Postcard.....but....I'm totally shocked with Swimming.....

I don't know what to think....I've read sooooooo many fics, so many endings.....but never about a passionate crime....Ennis maybe, I don't know, but Jack? That kind soul? He loved Ennis with his all being and beyond......But in a strange way that makes kind of scary sense....

I'm so confused here. You made me cry so bad.

Your writing is powerful and vivid, like a punch in the guts. You got me shaking, really.

Postcard - I really like the image of postcard as key.

Waiting - Waiting was what he did best... and ...Ennis knew how to wait.... Waiting all his life, with no expectations.

Swimming - AU or dream? Or nightmare? Very powerful.

I really enjoyed the first two, but swimming really has me reeling. I'll have to read that one again and again, I'm sure.
