She seems to have finally made it to Cherrygrove City, if the buildings behind her are any indication of her location, but it definitely looks like she didn't have an easy time getting there. [Mitsuru jumps a bit, whipping around to face Naoto, poise tense. But she relaxes as soon as she listens to the girl's message. Behind her, the Butterfree continues to hover, watching the exchange carefully]

Could you detail where you saw her last and what you were doing? That may shed light on the potential reason for the disappearance.

Route 30 was where I saw her last. We were... [a pause, because she doesn't really want to say 'stuck in the mud'] ... preoccupied with something. I looked away for a few moments, and when I turned back, she was gone.

Did you happen to notice any differences in your surroundings that may have occurred between the time you looked away and the time you discovered her gone?

Footprints, disturbed ground and plants, or something she may have dropped?

None at all. It was the very first thing I searched for. [which really weirds her out, but she's keeping her calm]

And she has not responded to any attempts to contact her since, I would assume. Do the attempts simply remain unanswered or does her 'gear appear to be offline?

Given the lack of physical evidence, it is unlikely she was abducted by brute force. I cannot yet rule out a Pokémon ability, or even the method with which we were brought here initially.

... [admittedly, she had called Aigis's gear directly several times since her disappearance, and each time she was met with an offline signal. Her first conclusion was that Aigis had been sent home, but ... it didn't hurt to ask around, just in case the robot was still somewhere in Johto]

Her hair is cut short, and blonde. Her figure is petite, and since she was manufactured artificially, her appearance may seem odd.

I recall reading briefly about the Kirijo group; is there any connection?

[Naoto may have stumbled across the name when she was researching shadows and personas but she is also aware that this Kirijo could be from a different world.]
