I need fingerless gloves
The heat has been busted in our offices for a month now - and in Dallas that doesn't always matter. But it's below freezing outside, and believe it or not, snow flurries, and now it's 53 degrees in my office! I'm bundled up, but my fingers are cold and stiff workin on this computer. -

politics - CA Prop 11
Everyone has talked a lot about Prop 8 in CA - But there is another one that is very important to me - Prop 11
I hope that everyone in CA will be voting FOR this proposition. I hate how redistricting happens in this country and I feel very strongly that it needs to be taken out of the hands of Politicians. Fucked up gerrymandered disctrics are the ( Read more... ) -
Voting
So I voted this morning before work. Rode my bike down to the Kidd Springs Rec Center, and filled my ballot. There were only 4 people there at 8:30am - after seeing all of the long lines elsewhere on the TV, that was a bit of a surprise. The scanner showed a count of 104, I was the 105th to vote.
