I am amazingly still very busy now with school being finished. Like Dan and all my friends have said, now that I have extra time, I'm filling it up with all the things I didn't have time for before. I was kinda nervous about it, because I didn't know what all it involved and I was worried it would be some intense background programming with like Java and databases and stuff, that I could do but am not really very familiar with. It turned out the lump on Zeta's butt was a Spindle cell tumor - not cancer, but the kind of tumor that keeps on growing (and could even get bigger than the dog!). Fortunately her's was not a big deal because it wasn't growing super fast and it wasn't bothering her, and it wasn't very big yet either, but it definitely had to be removed ( Read more... )

The cookies I brought in to work were such a hit, people were fighting over the last one within only 10 minutes of when I got in to work! And today, 2 days later, I got stopped on my way in to work by one of the sales guys just to tell me how awesome my cookies are! Since there was not enough to feed everybody, I'm going to make more for Monday.

Last night I got off of work early to take Dan out for that dinner date I had promised him. We went to the Black Forest steakhouse. I had never been there before, I didn't know what to expect except that I was told it was expensive and given a $10 coupon. We were seated in a booth which was huge. Thank Goodness It's All Over!!!

I thought it was going to be so easy to finish school on a weekend. I figured I'd get it over with and have the rest of the weekend to enjoy the start of freedom with lots of energy and enthusiasm. As of this moment I am done with school! No more classes! No more homework!

I just have to wait a week to get my final grade (looks like I'm getting a 3.74 GPA) and then I can apply for the degree. Weeeeee! I'm done!

Now I need to get some sleep before work 8D-

It is my last Friday of school, and I'm getting sick :(
I've got a cold trying to get to me. I've had difficulty getting enough sleep all week, and the weather has been really nasty and wet when we walk the dog, and I've been eating not the best food either, especially that old pizza yesterday (blugh), so that's probably how I got it.
