Time for me to come clean. I've told a few people this, but mostly it was only those it concerned directly. But now I feel like if I don't mention it then all I'm doing it hiding it. And hiding things is no good because they always come out when you least want them to

Yeah, I know. There needs to be some sort of phrasebook or something. But, alas :)

How are you actually doing with all this? Is there anything I can do?

I feel like I'm doing better than people are expecting of me. It's terrifying but I'm finding that it's something I can deal with. I guess I don't have much else in the way of choice? I suppose it's lucky that I'm active and healthy, my doctor says that helps. And I'm taking all my medications at the proper times and all that.
