Hee, yes, we are the queens of tacky. One day I will have to post pictures from our dorm room, which took tacky/sparkley/kitschy decor to such extremes that people from other floors used to bring visitors up just to oogle our room. :D

It is a wonderful feeling! I never truly realized how little space was "mine" in my last apartment (since it had assigned roomies) until I moved in here. It's nice to finally live in a big apartment with a roommate who shares my tastes. We've only been here for a week and it already feels more like home than my last apartment ever did. :)

Awww, I'm jealous of your apartment. Mine is literally in shambles. I would love to clean it up, but MY ROOM-MATE'S STUFF IS EVERYWHERE grr arg.

Aww. Well, keep in mind that we JUST moved in last Friday, so no doubt this is the cleanest our apartment will ever be. :) Give it a month or two ...
