Student loan paperwork is hell. For that matter, so is the latest version of acrobat >.<

The only tip I can give is to make sure to keep track of your paperwork once it leaves your hands- my college 'misplaced' my student loan stuff(both the stuff going to and coming from the gov) at least 5 times in 4 years. Of course, that's when much of it was on paper.

I agree with your statement. They lost my confirmation of earnings twice, two years ago.
