I keep wanting to write entries that say "fuck this, I'm not updating anymore." But I don't do it because I know I'll keep writing pointless updates that I fool myself into thinking someone cares about. Ok, so I have a job again, and this time I think I will be keeping it longer. It is at the Central East Alcohol and Drug Center, which does like substance abuse programs and drug interventions and runs a few halfway houses in the county. Soo....never mind about the job. I decided to quit, which is really not like me...but I really don't think I could have handled it. Well, oddly enough I got the job I mentioned a few days ago. I start training and stuff tomorrow. I'm very nervous about it since it's not like I know what I'm doing. But hopefully it will go ok. I walked to the computer lab in the rain today. It was very nice because I haven't walked in the rain in quite a long time. Especially not with an umbrella. I wish I had a cooler umbrella though; mine is just plain red. It rains a whole lot more often here than it does in Colorado, which will be a nice change for me. My TV doesn't receive any channels and I don't have regular access to the internet and if I want to read the newspaper I have to go downtown to read it at the library or walk a few blocks to buy one.
