Today I want to take in 1,000 calories and no more. I've started with a 100 calorie banana and I'll eat a couple more hundred calories for breakfast then head off to the gym. I want to go to the gym today before 1pm. I also want to do 500 crunches and burn 1,000+ calories. I'll check back in later to make sure I've done all of this. If not I'll
