i just went for a nice long walk, well i got back about 40mins ago, i was out for about an hour with my dog (she pulls on the lead all the time and i had to clean up poo twice!) to get to the point i feel really good now, i guess its true, exercise lifts your mood :)

omelette for breakfast and roast for dinner plus more chocolate and milkshake

i feel sick and hungry

i missed breakfast and lunch again, dinner was chicken chow mein ive now had a big bowl of ice cream and am going to go make an omelette when Joe goes to bed

i dont remember if i had breakfast or lunch yesterday (sorry) but i had a spag bol for dinner i also had some white toast and dip and a bowl of weatabix late at night

i actually had 3 meals today :) i had eggs for breakfast, before i went to sleep, i then woke up for dinner and had oven cooked fish and chips then later i was hungry so made a 2 egg cheese and tomato omelette

i know its not the best struture for meals, and i probaly shouldnt eat so late but at least it was a full days meals :)

im worried now that i might be eating too little, all i had today was a chicken korma with rice and a couple of crumpets

should i be eating more?
