Today was a good day! For a first day of the year, I’d give it a nice little trophy, pat it on the back and send it on its way to school. Then I’d pay for its college when it came of age and hurry it along to follow a path of success and greatness.

All right. I'll just come out and say it. It's been a rough year. I like to keep my chin up most of the time but things get to you, you know? And when they do, sometimes you just feel like not doing anything at all.
Here I am though! Picking up the pieces and starting over new next year. New beginnings mean new attitude, new life.

I think my previous one symbolizes a stage of my life that I believe is over. I'm engaged now!
