I fear that I do understand what Spock means but that last line. Can you please explain?

Kirk tells Spock "What will you ever do without me", which is just one of those things people say, but Spock answers it directly. He's essentially saying "'What I would do' [were that to happen] would be what you tell me to do, of course". Basically, affirming that Kirk was actually right in his half-dazed mutterings and that Spock really does love him, without Spock actually saying those words. Sorry for the confusion!
