I guess I should add a disclaimer that Santana doesn't care about most people she talks about. Because, in reality, she doesn't. Her impression of Ash at the time was that he was pretty dumb and a try-hard; she could get that he was kind of mocking her, and it annoyed him, so if she ran into him again, she wouldn't be very pleased to see him. Not mean, necessarily, but not exactly rushing to get into a conversation.
Roxie is interesting to her because despite being a fat lesbian she's a fat lesbian who seems at least confident in the lesbian thing? She personally thinks of her as Chunky Monkey and that's what she refers to her as when she's talking to other people-and will start to with her, after this current conversation. (She doesn't want to get on her bad side just yet.) There is a part of her that recognizes that Roxie could kick her ass, and therefore, having Roxie as an ally wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing. The difference between Roxie and Jennifer is that she's not afraid of Roxie. As much as she hates being put in her place, she doesn't feel ... threatened by her, simply because Roxie reads of being made of failure, and that doesn't worry her at all.
MOSTLY, Roxie is safe. Santana realizes that if someone went to Roxie, they could get the information out of her the same way she did about Jennifer, but she's not too worried. No one would suspect that she's gone to Roxie about anything, because look at her. On the scale of things,

Brianna is super annoying and doesn't know anything at all and tried getting her hurt by a monster, so honestly, she doesn't understand why she's talking to her. The fact that she's criticizing her just makes it worse, but it's easier to take it from someone like Brianna because she's so insignificant.
This is really complicated, but her impressions on Vanya are nonexistent so much as her impressions of the apparently pre-developed relationships she has with Finn, Rachel, and Jesse. As of right now, Santana feels incredibly threatened by not only their relationship (and ability to have something like that function when she can't even get her girlfriend), but how they control the club. Jesse doesn't care about her, Finn doesn't matter, but Rachel is someone she ... I wouldn't say obsesses over, but definitely goes out of her way to knock down constantly because she's a huge threat. Right now, Santana is trying to dismantle the camp version of the club. At first, she decided to have a separate club, but quickly (and on her own and she wouldn't admit this) came to the realization that a club without Hudson and Berry isn't really a club. She respects Rachel's involvement. She just hates Rachel because she's someone who's not very good looking who can get people to pay attention to her (and she has nice legs and is cute and ... well,

The biggest thing about Santana is she's an incredibly lonely human being. It's an undeniable fact of who she is on a regular basis. So, some part of her wants someone who will continue to pay attention to her, not be incredibly threatening, and be safe, while not being someone she's embarrassed to be seen around. There are a lot of factors here! So, Maka basically fits all of them, and some part of her sees that Maka is actually like-an incredibly decent person? But there's a part of her that (admittedly) wants Maka to bend to her will and do what she wants her o do, but enjoys that she just doesn't, without being an asshole about it.
On a regular basis, Santana's life is basically trying to navigate social situations, and things are very simple with Maka. She's an ass to Maka, so Maka tells her she's being an ass, but they have moments where they're normal, like people talking. She wishes Maka was more shallow for gossip conversations, but at the same time, doesn't want that. It's like she wants to assert some way that Maka should
