Burly D has left the building...

so yesterday the old drunk lady brought her dog to class....and again today. It growled at me yesterday and scared me because I wasn't even looking at it. Forgive me for paying attention in class!! That dog is so attention starved.

Today I realized how many times I've been outcompeted by fungii...not an encouraging thing.

I just got out of my first class of winter and that is the first time I've ever smelled alcohol in the classroom. I'm not sure who was or had been drinking, but I think it was the old lady sitting next to me. I'm not sure if I smelled it from her breath or from the little sports bottle on her desk. I've fallen in love with Seinfeld all over again.  It's so choice.  It's the only show where it doesn't matter how many times I've seen it...it's still funny.

Does anybody know a job that is open where they need an anthropologist?  I don't know if those jobs really exist.  I thought about getting this book on Great Jobs for Anthropology majors.  ( Read more... )

It's so nice to fall asleep watching Punch Drunk Love when you have a fever.

I'm so bored and I feel like crap, but I have to sit here at school waiting for my advisor to sign a paper for my financial aid appeal.  I'll be here for another hour.  Somebody get on aim so I can talk to somebody.
