Diane Arbus. it's a great photo. apparently most of the contact sheet from that particular shoot, the little boy playing in Central Park, are sort of adorable and mundane, the kid is playing and being cute and young and un-freakish. but then there was that one shot of the boy clutching his toy grenade, looking warped and underfed. and that was the one that she chose to print and use.
