I realized that I was out of touch with the youth just the other day. I noticed a lot of the kids at the place I work at like to wear their hoddies with the hod up. I got halfway through thinking the line "when the fuck did the unibomber look come in?" when it dawned on me that I'd turned 30 this year.

You know how all those city tax initiatives like extra funding for schools and public transportation keeps getting voted down by like a 51 to 49 percent margin? Why not afterwards just allow people the OPTION to pay extra in city taxes to fund those things?
