I cant believe that life could be so boring. I have done everything I could in the shop, including cleaning everything, rearranging furniture and fixing that stupid hole in one of the bathroom walls. 002. Sashimi and Screened to kabaji
What a day! Training's really tough. Gen San had me scale and clean so many fishes that I feel like I have scaled and cleaned enough fish all my life. But it paid off because Dad taught me how to cut the parts for perfect sashimi. Since there was quite a crowd in the restaurant today, Dad had me try my first plate of tuna sashimi. 001. A New Beginning
I met a new friend today. Actually, he's not really a new friend but it was the most unlikely acquaintance. Kirihara "The Devil" Akaya came to the sushi-ya today and ate.
