A sad day here.. trying to stay busy and not think about things very much.

I think I will begin with a weird dream I had last night. A guy I knew my whole life named Brandon died a few months ago in a car accident. It was so tragic and just unexpected. The line from that song in the subject sums up how Ive been feeling recently. I dont know what to think, or how to act anymore. The past 10 days have been a blur and they arent getting any better. I feel lost in my own body, and more so in my own house.

No makeup, right out of bed... frizzy hair and all! This picture means a lot to me since the baby has since been taken away and is now in foster care. Cute as a button and I just hope he is in wonderful hands now.

Grandma had open heart surgery on Wednesday. She came through perfectly but will be sedated for about 24 hours..

Ive had 2 hours of sleep since Tuesday, so this update will be minimal.

Wont be home until Saturday to update...

News on Grandma... she did not have a heart attack, but the valve that is messed up is leaking fluid into her lungs. No surgery planned as of yet, but who knows. She messed herself up yesterday and almost OD'd on "self medicating" and the DR's locked her meds. She sounded good today and Dad is going to see her tomorrow evening, hopefully to bring ( Read more... )

News on Grandma: She has suffered a heart attack that has caused damage to her heart vessels and the muscles around her heart. The DR's are still running tests and are thinking that surgery may be an option, although a scary and very risky one. She will not be coming home tomorrow like planned and more than likely not until Tuesday. I dont know how ( Read more... )
