so much work to do ALL THE TIME.
i can't seem to drive far enough or fast enough away today.
and i am still the most patient person i have ever met in my iife. -
dreaming in zombie..or at least pandemic
so. tonight I dreamed stuff that brings millions of dollars to box offices everywhere. scary. and felt far too real.
disease that is sort of like MS-only super escalated-starts affectng everyone around me. all people I love, but I don't recognize the faces, except Ashley's.

my first love. my only. sound makes my veins throb. blood runs hot, stinging from the inside out, ending in an ache in the center of my chest. sharp. fire that can't be smothered or contained. what else to do than move closer to the speaker, close my eyes? let everyone around me mistake excruciating pain for unabashed joy. maybe they are the same. -
what's next?
i am not ready for this next stage of my life. i am not ready for the GB to be grown. (they're 20 and 17 now) i'm not ready. i want the bedtime ritual of, "mom, will you read to us?" "mom, i need a blowfish kiss and a bear hug ( Read more... ) -

So. The gb is basically grown. Mini is in her last year of winterguard. All competition has been on the east side of the state. We live on the west side. Long drive. So the oldest and I go explore whatever bookstore is nearest the high school mini is performing at in our downtime. (I am not the perfect guard mom.
