Help me with Big Checkin?
I started thinking about how to best reflect on the year, and the decade, as I do every year. And every year I am dissatisfied with what's available. I read a couple books, spent several weekends learning new dishes, and enjoyed some really tasty stuff. Moment of peace. An hour or a day or a week of solitude. What was the quality of your breath? The state of your mind? How did you get there?I'm all about this.
