And I look hot. Or is it hott. Whichever, pick one. :) Taking measurements, I've lost 4.25" (and 7 lbs) in 14 days. I rock. And Herbalife rocks.

I've started to really improve my guitar skills. There's a 3-day bluegrass festival at the beginning of March that I really want to attend. It's $15 and I so want to go.

I had my Herbalife shake this morning (Dutch Chocolate and Banana with extra protein and extra choc syrup) and then forgot to bring along a protein bar or any snacks with me to "work". By the time I got home I was Hungry! So I devoured half a pizza. Now my stomach is ready to reject it. I feel ill. I hope I feel better tomorrow ( Read more... )

Played tonight with the Folk Group in VA Beach. Had a really good time. Now that I know enough chords and am getting familiar with the people, I'm having lots of fun. I played Ultimate Frisbee today. But I didn't feel like I got enough of a workout, so afterward I went to the gym for a run. They have elliptical, treadmill, and biking machines set up in a room where they play a movie on a big screen. Tonight I played guitar with my folk friends in VA Beach. And I actually sang 2 songs, which they were very pleased to hear and wanted me to sing more. They were very kind. The first one was "Oh, What A Beautiful Morning" from the musical Oklahoma, and the other was "The Rose," which my camp counselors from NEMC sang to us campers every night. ( Read more... )

I weighed myself at the gym tonight. I've lost 9lbs since the middle of Jan. I was sick for a week, so drank a lot of soup and water, but I've since recovered and have been eating healthy and working out every day.
