There are some of you who don't post too often and I would love to get to know you better. And, for those that I do know well, this is a great little reference tool :)

I'm Cheryl and I'm 36. I live in Manhattan on the East Side and work for a Fragrance company based in Paris in Global Marketing/Advertising. My husband's name is Michael and he just turned the big 4-0 (he would kill me if he knew I was writing that). He's a Creative Director at a Global advertising agency.
We were married in September 21, 2002 (time of your engagement) at Angel Orensanz in downtown NYC. Honeymooned in Costa Rica. We now have a 2 year old son named Jackson who is the love of our lives!
Let's see we enjoy travelling to far + away places. I of coarse love to shop for just about anything - handbags, shoes. Also love to try out new restaurants here in the city. Feel like my second home these days is Central Park as I'm always finding a new playground and little friends for Jackson.
Would love to be "friended" to follow along with you here. I'll friend you as well if that's OK :-)

My name is Lissette (31) and my husband's name is Fernando (29). We were married in September of 2005 and I can't believe how time flies by. We sort of knew each other from theweddingchannel and theknot..loved your journal. We currently live in Queens..the Briarwood section. I knew practically nothing about Queens when we moved, but have grown to really like it. We're currently renting in the area, but hope to be able to save enough money to buy something soon. No kids yet, but hubby would like to get started on that real soon.
I currently work at a law firm, in a non-legal capacity...I work on the firm's website. Working on the web is not too thrilling, but it pays the bills. My husband works at a staffig firm and he seems to enjoy his job..at least on most days.
I hope we get to chat on a regular basis. It's nice to "get away" and read what's going on in people's lives.
