I have an appt for therapy for next week. I'm really excited. She asked me what my issues were and I said I was looking for a mom coach and she totally got it. She said BTDT! I've done it but sometimes I don't know how people do it. It's much harder than anyone gives credit for.

Her kids are grown. I could use some motherly help in this.
