I turned on the TV and started surfing the channels. The first channel was public television, and Coldplay was on. I thought, "Hmm, I don't know why Coldplay is on public television, but ain't no thang, I can watch Coldplay." One of the first songs I saw was "Ring of Fire." I was promptly won over by Coldplay suddenly pulling out some Johnny Cash.

"Night Swimming" is one of my favorite songs of all time, right up there with "Over the Rainbow". They're the only two songs that have remained my favorites since close to the time I first heard them. :)
