I think I understand fully well. There's a reason I wanted to go to school only 2 hours from home. I'm home at least 1/3 to 1/2 of the weekends out of the year. I left a lot of friends back there too, aside from just family.
My brother grew up faster than I had time to realize. By the time he was 15 he was pushing over 6'0". You can imagine me as a senior, at 5'4" with a brother who looked twice as tall as me. It's disgusting. :)
Good to hear you and Jackie are working on being friends. I consider Ryan a very important friend at times in my life. Granted, it's not a friendship that can be constant, for clear reasons, but it works when it needs to, and I think that's a great thing.
I bet you'll have lots of fun at ASU. So much you'll never want to leave! :) Aside from the whole, getting tired of going to college thing. AND you'll get to go grocery shopping and be domestic in all the ways you weren't at home! hahahaha.
Are you driving there? That's such a long drive, isn't it? Man oh
