Alright, 2010, a nice new start, the slate is clean, a time for wishes to be granted...
Let's start thinking about those new year resolutions. Perhaps criminals in the world will take this time to think about their future, and begin early making new plans. Let's hope 2010, brings in the year with a low crime rate. -
