Thank you! It's so weird how the number on the scale dictates how happy I am. It makes me wonder if I would like this exact picture better if I weighed 130 instead of 136.

I understand that's why I stopped weighing myself it does more harm then good

I can't seem to help it. I can lay off for a few days, maybe a week, then it's back on the scale. :/
